me and my fiancé walked into the Men’s Wearhouse at triangle town Center looking for a tux for our elopement and there was an employee walking around on the floor that just looked at us and didn’t even greet us or ask if we needed help. There was also two employees working, one was helping another customer and the other one just stared at us. it’s an empty store too…..Horrible customer service. how do you expect people to buy from your shop if you don’t even greet them at the door or ask if they need help. Felt very discriminatory.

We arrived Thursday from NJ for a family wedding. Greeted by the lovely Danita sorry if I am misspelling her name. But despite a busy store she maintained control and was so professional and pleasant. My teen grew over night and they had to let out his suit. We returned the next to be greeted by George another amazing salesperson. So helpful and personable The suit fit perfect. I was very impressed with this location. Definitely a different experience than the store in NJ.

Go see George! He was the absolute best! We went in needing to sort out all kinds of details for my groom’s suit and his groomsmen. The wedding is super soon and he was so, so patient with our questions. We stayed over an hour - maybe two - and he juggled us and other customers seamlessly. Hands down recommend the Brier Creek location. Especially George! Posting photos of us trying out aaaallllll the options to find the perfect look. ;)

Helpful Expedient Knowledgeable Courteous Needed a new suit for wedding and other events. Was in a hurry and only had about 30mins to spare. Mark greeted me when I walked in and I shared what I needed and let him know I was on a time crunch. Mark measured me and had me in a fitted jacket/shirt/pants in less than 15mins paid and out the door. I would have liked to have had the time to get a more tailored suit but wasn't able and the suit worked out just fine. Mark was extremely accommodating and humorous while rushing to get me in a suit that fits. Good selection and quality. Staff were very helpful.

Reached out to this store after reading poor reviews for the Triangle Town Center location. I was connected with Ryan and set up time to meet with him to help me with my wedding tux and get our group all setup. He was extremely professional and patient throughout the entire process. We ended up going with a custom tux instead of the rental, which I would highly recommend if you are the groom. Everything turned out perfect. This location gets very busy at peak times. If you're able to go in during a weekday instead of the weekend, I'd recommend. That way you'll receive uninterrupted service. Ask for Ryan though! The only part of using MW that I wasn't too thrilled about was the quality of the tailoring. The gentleman that does the tailoring at this location is rather unfriendly, too. Yes, they're free, but I expected a little better than this. I ended up having to go to my normal tailor to have her fix my pants just a couple days before my wedding, because the waist was done so poorly.
